These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the TrustHandles website and the purchase of products offered through our platform. By accessing the website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of the service
TrustHandles provides access to aged Instagram accounts that have been previously created and used. These accounts are delivered as digital assets along with the credentials necessary to access them.
TrustHandles acts solely as a digital asset provider and does not represent, operate, or have any affiliation with Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc.
The use of any account purchased through TrustHandles is entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Digital asset transfer
Each purchase constitutes the transfer of access credentials to a digital asset.
The product delivered includes access to an Instagram account that has been previously created and prepared for use.
Once the credentials are delivered and confirmed accessible, the product is considered successfully transferred and the order is deemed fulfilled.
Due to the nature of digital asset transfers, ownership verification is limited to access credentials and control of the account.
3. Account delivery
Accounts are delivered digitally through the contact information provided by the customer at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and operational requirements.
Once the account credentials are provided and access is confirmed, delivery is considered completed.
4. Account email management
The email address originally associated with the Instagram account remains managed by TrustHandles for stability and security reasons.
Customers receive the login credentials required to operate the account normally.
If a password reset or account recovery is required, the customer must contact the TrustHandles support team to process the request.
TrustHandles commits to never access, monitor, or interact with customer accounts after delivery, unless explicitly requested by the customer for support or recovery purposes.
5. Third-party platform disclaimer
TrustHandles is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., or any associated companies.
Instagram is an independent third-party platform that may modify its policies, security systems, and account rules at any time.
TrustHandles cannot guarantee the long-term stability, reach, or performance of any account on the platform.
6. Account stability disclaimer
Accounts are provided in working condition at the time of delivery.
However, TrustHandles cannot guarantee that accounts will remain active indefinitely.
Account restrictions, limitations, or bans may occur due to factors outside the control of TrustHandles, including but not limited to:
Platform security systems
User behavior
Login activity
Automation tools
Policy changes
Device or IP changes
7. Account recovery risk
Customers acknowledge that social media platforms maintain internal ownership records and security systems.
Although TrustHandles implements verification and preparation procedures, TrustHandles cannot guarantee that a previous account owner or platform security system will never attempt or allow account recovery.
By purchasing an account, the buyer accepts the inherent risks associated with operating accounts on third-party platforms.
8. Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital asset transfers, all sales are final once the account has been delivered.
Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:
The purchased account is unavailable after payment
The account is banned within 24 hours of delivery
In all other cases, refunds will not be issued.
9. Chargeback protection
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that the product delivered is a digital asset with immediate access transfer.
Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after successful delivery of the account credentials.
Any chargeback initiated after delivery will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in:
Permanent banning from TrustHandles services
Submission of evidence to the payment processor
Legal action where applicable.
10. Stock availability
TrustHandles maintains a limited inventory of accounts.
If an order is placed while no accounts are available, customers will be offered either:
An instant refund, or
The option to reserve accounts from the next available batch.
11. Acceptable use
Customers agree to use purchased accounts in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
TrustHandles is not responsible for any consequences resulting from misuse of accounts, including spam activity, automation abuse, or violation of Instagram policies.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustHandles shall not be liable for:
Account restrictions or bans
Loss of accounts after delivery
Loss of revenue or business opportunities
Platform changes affecting account performance
Damages resulting from third-party tools or services
